Cancellation Charges & Time Frames
• 7 days prior to the booking date – 30% deduction
• 5 days prior to the booking date – 50% deduction
• 3 days prior to the booking date – 70% deduction
• Any cancellation within 3 days of the booking date – No refund

Refund Policy
• In case of any cancellation, customers must provide their bank details.
• Customers shall receive the refund (after deduction of cancellation charges and adjustment of GST) within 7 working days.
• In case of any delay, please send an email to customercare@camplers.com.

Non-Refundable Fees
Please note that all booking and service fees are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation time frame. The GST amount will only be refunded if it has not been submitted to the concerned authority at the time of cancellation of the booking.

Modification of Reservations
Customers may modify their reservations up to 14 days prior to the rental date without incurring any modification fee.

No-Show Policy
In the event of a no-show on the scheduled rental date, no refund will be issued, and the entire rental cost will be charged.

Force Majeure Clause
CAMPER CHRONICLES, operating under the brand name “CAMPLERS”, shall not be liable for any failure to fulfill its obligations under this cancellation policy due to unforeseen events, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather conditions, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

Customer Responsibilities
It is the customer’s responsibility to notify CAMPER CHRONICLES, operating under the brand name “CAMPLERS”, immediately of any cancellations or modifications. Cancellations are only considered valid when confirmed by CAMPER CHRONICLES.
